2017 HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION
All dates below are provided to help customers get their packages on time this holiday season. Orders must be placed by the dates listed below in order to qualify for delivery before December 25, 2017. While we do our best to get everything delivered on time, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates. Always keep in mind that orders sometimes cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, the receiver not being home, shipping delays caused by the carrier, items being out of stock, etc. We are not responsible for delays caused by any of these instances.
Items listed as a pre-order on the store do not qualify to arrive before Dec. 25, 2017. Please check the product description for more information.

- WE CANNOT CHANGE ANY INFORMATION ON AN EXISTING ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS, BILLING INFORMATION, SIZE, ITEM, OR QUANTITY.
- SALES TAX WILL BE APPLIED ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS WHERE APPLICABLE. TAX IS CALCULATED BASED ON THE APPLICABLE SALES TAX AND USE TAX LAWS WITHIN EACH STATE.
- ORDERS CAN ONLY BE PLACED THROUGH THE WEBSITE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS OVER THE PHONE.
- IF THE ITEM YOU ORDERED RUNS OUT OF STOCK AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA THE EMAIL PROVIDED WITH YOUR ORDER TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM FOR ANOTHER ITEM OF EQUAL VALUE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND YOUR ORDER IN FULL.
- MERCHANDISE IS LIMITED TO THE SIZES, COLORS, AND VARIANTS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE. IF A SIZE OR VARIANT DOES NOT APPEAR ONLINE, IT IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.
- DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
- IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL ADDRESS AT KEM@FHCUSTOMERCARE.COM.
- IF YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED, PHOTOGRAPH EVIDENCE WILL NEED TO BE SENT TO OUR EMAIL ADDRESS. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PHOTOGRAPHS, WE WILL ISSUE A RETURN LABEL VIA E-MAIL. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED BACK TO OUR FACILITY, WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT.
- IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES AND IS AN INCORRECT ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL. ONCE WE VERIFY THAT YOUR ORDER IS INCORRECT, WE WILL ISSUE A RETURN LABEL VIA E-MAIL. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED BACK TO OUR FACILITY, WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO ANY MERCHANDISE ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN WORN OR WASHED.
- LIMITED EDITION AND PRE-ORDER SALES (INCLUDING VIP PACKAGES)
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DATES FOR ANY AND ALL LIMITED EDITION AND PRE-ORDER SALES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
- RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR LIMITED EDITION MERCHANDISE.
- IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY DUE TO SHIPPING ERROR, WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR AN UPDATED ADDRESS VIA THE E-MAIL PROVIDED WITH YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS, WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO REFUND YOUR ORDER.
- IN MOST CASES, ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
- GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION VIA THE E-MAIL PROVIDED WITH YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION.
- DOMESTIC ORDERS NORMALLY ARRIVE WITHIN 3-7 DAYS OF THE SHIP DATE UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. SHIPPING DELAYS CAN OCCUR AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SPEED AT WHICH ORDERS ARRIVE ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT OUR FACILITY. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS NORMALLY TAKE 2-4 WEEKS FROM THE SHIP DATE TO REACH THEIR DESTINATION.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DUE TO SHIPPING ADDRESSES PROVIDED INCORRECTLY. SHIPPING DELAYS WILL OCCUR IF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS IS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT.
- IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY DUE TO A SHIPPING ERROR, WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR AN UPDATED ADDRESS VIA THE E-MAIL PROVIDED WITH YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS, WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO REFUND YOUR ORDER. THIS APPLIES TO ALL MERCHANDISE ORDERS, INCLUDING LIMITED EDITION AND PRE-ORDER SALES.
CUSTOMERS RESIDING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:
- WE CAN'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES OR FEES ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY. CUSTOMS CHARGES AND FEES ARE AT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
- IF YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH CUSTOMS FEES AND CHARGES, PLEASE SPEAK TO YOUR LOCAL POSTAL OR CUSTOMS OFFICE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
- IF CUSTOMS FEES AND CHARGES ARE DENIED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, YOUR ORDER WILL BE RETURNED AND UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN'T REFUND YOU FOR SHIPMENT COSTS.
DIGITAL MUSIC PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Once you complete a purchase of downloadable or streaming music, the sale is final, complete, and non-refundable. Under no circumstances will the portion of your order that contains digital music be refundable.
